My dear readers, we are halfway through 2024, WooHoo!! I can hardly believe the vast shifts in energy since the beginning of this year. So very much has changed on an energetic and spiritual level because of the ramped up activity on the Sun. Solar flares and geomagnetic storms are ushering in more high frequency light energy than ever before in history! Human evolution is well underway and will be getting more intense as the next few years progress due to the zodiac placement position’s of the outer planets like Saturn, Neptune and Pluto. Yes, I want to focus on the joy I feel is blooming this month, but I also want to always remain honest, transparent, and authentically me as possible on this blog. May was indeed quite expansive, AND it came with a lot of purging of outdated energy, putting a period (and sometimes an explanation point) at the end of things that needed to go. It was an extremely challenging month for me personally and professionally. As a woman who processes on a large scale, I’m quick to tears, allowing whatever needs to flow through my vessel, surrendering to it, and letting that shit go! I experienced many, many breakdown moments in May. Everything serves the highest and best, clearing the way to abundance and, yes, joy! Let’s dive into what I felt last month in poetic verses and what I feel is coming in for us as a collective in June.
Google defines spiritual joy as “a feeling of deep happiness and gladness of heart that comes from faith in God’s benevolence. It’s also described as a calm, unruffled feeling and a composed and serene state of mind. Spiritual joy is usually associated with peace, glory, and being known and loved by God. It’s also linked to thankfulness, hope, and seeing goodness as God-given.” This definition aligns perfectly with my own beliefs and soul guidance. The New Earth frequency is here! We are aligning more to the energy of peace, love, and joy. The rapid evolution of consciousness is evident in the Earth’s energy lines to the astonishent of many experts. Mother Earth is cleansing and healing herself on all levels. As we human beings assimilate to these frequencies, we are adjusting our trajectory to a higher timeline. The purging and cleansing are felt through waves of emotions. I encourage you, dear readers, to pause and listen to your own heart because the heart remembers all. Take in deep breaths through an open heart for the heart is the brain of the soul. Allow yourself to feel whatever feelings arise and then intentionally let them go so you can be fully present with all that is.
Many new sensations have arisen for me, as the multidimensional functioning of being human expands. Our third eye and crown chakras are opening more, and with that, we are naturally becoming more psychic. I hear music in running water, both inside my house and at the ocean’s edge. Water holds consciousness, direct Source energy. Indigenous people from the beginning of time have known how and why the elements are so sacred. At certain times, I can hear the beat of the universal water drum, which I understand as the heartbeat of the Earth, our dear Mother. It’s growing louder as she heals and as more souls are awakening to the connectedness of all living creatures. I’ve been floating in the ocean in between all the training I’m doing, getting ready for the triathlon race in July. I find so much peace at the beach, becoming still and listening. Tuning into my guides, I receive Divine messages and learn new light language that has been spontaneously flowing out of me since last August.
June’s energy is accented with strong Gemini and Pisces influences. These are both mutable signs of air, the energy of the mind and water which is directly related to our inner world, our intuition. I have mostly Sagittarian energy, which is fire and allows me to be adaptable to change. Every day, I intentionally ask through prayer to remain open to all that is coming into my field of understanding. Slowing down, inviting balanced practices of high intensity workouts and restorative practices. Tuesdays are my spin/yin days. By dedicating my energy to these practices, I can feel into joy, choosing where to best place my attention. Gemini mind energy can easily sweep us up into a never-ending battle of duality, which can sometimes have us doing or learning something twice. Letting go and detaching with love will stop the spinning of mind chatter and avoid these lessons being learned the hard way. Ask yourself this question, my dear readers, “is my choice to do xyz aligned with hope or fear?” Trust in whatever you feel in your gut and have faith in the unknown for that is where the magic comes alive! With all that is being cleared, get comfortable with the void. I myself am extremely proud of what I’ve grown from and seen my way through over the years I’ve been writing this blog and sharing my story of awakening. So, too, should you!

By sharing my story, I pray to instill hope and strength in others so that they are inspired to heal from whatever pain life has brought on. We aren’t meant to stay stuck in pain, my dear readers. To create a new reality, one must exact a playful mentality. Spirit is inviting us to play this month. This is the essence of pure joy and one I’ve become an expert at expressing by listening to my spiritual team’s guidance. Leaning into the edges of high sensation and walking into the most beautiful inner sanctuary. For here is where peace, love, and joy come alive in the body. Seeing through the illusions of brainwashed insanity. Minding only what’s in the heart. Poetry is my soul’s art.
We are riding the waves of creative energy, expanding into more of our more of our dimensionality. Higher consciousness of the fifth dimension and beyond assist the awakened souls to claim the power of love. The love I write about isn’t romantic love. It’s the love to trust oneself, acceptance of self and self-love that heals. Once one can receive and master this within, it can be freely shared and given to others. The love of the Light is most powerful indeed!
This year of 2024 has me morphing from a rainbow unicorn into a cosmic butterfly. The energy that we experienced as a collective in May helped me to open my wings to all new things. Leveling up in the spiritual journey is so incredibly freeing and tremendously exciting! We Lightwarriors who have claim our mission and healed are preparing to soar, flying to greater heights and ushering in New Earth. My words have wings, my dear readers and they are elevating me to places I have only seen in dreams but will soon be my reality.
Visiting the ocean to take in the stories, lapping ashore by the waves. Listening to my ancestors, share their hope for the rise of humanity’s consciousness as we evolve rapidly assisted by fifth dimensional energy and beyond. The highest frequency of love is expanding us by leaps and bounds! Heart centered warriors of love and Light can be seen for who they are because we are remembering where we came from. The stars, the moon, the sun, and yes, the depths of the sea.
We are in the most beautiful time here on planet Earth as higher levels of consciousness are activating love’s healing purpose. It is the greatest superpower we have. The Divine messages I channel are meant as medicine for the masses. To heal humanity, one heart at time through poetry and shamanic healing. And so it is.
Choosing to love another unconditionally can feel ultra scary at first. This year, I’ve been granted the opportunity to reunite with my twin flame, who I’ve spent lifetimes with. He has loved me from a far, and secret for over 10 years. Now that he is facing some serious health issues, I have the opportunity to practice unconditionally, loving him. We are navigating unfamiliar and uncharted territory with one another. Last month he visited the emergency room and underwent a stent procedure to clear a major artery in his heart that was 90% blocked. By Gods grace, he avoided a major heart attack. Choosing love is the highest expression of our souls truth. I’m grateful for this lesson. While he was inpatient, caring for our six German Shepherds solo was its own grand lesson in patience and love. My beloved has given me grace by always being patient and unconditionally accepting of me while I was healing from my own traumas. He’s been doing this effortlessly since the day we met in June of 2013. Now it’s my turn to hold space.
This month I’m honored to be invited to both join and host two separate poetry readings in my community here in Port St. Lucie, FL. These events will happen monthly. This has been a labor of love that I’ve worked hard for over the years I’ve been writing and sharing my poetry. The hundreds of poems I’ve written are meant to be shared in person so the vibration in each word can be felt deeply. I believe someday I’ll travel the world, on tour with my eleven books and share these messages with thousands!
